Draft possibilities
Offense:
More and more, depending on who falls and whats left on the board, i see Kelvin Benjamin as a real possibilty. I only say this because from what ive seen down the stretch of this season is that we dont have that dominant WR to open up the field and take pressure off of Graham. To pair up Graham(6'7), Colston(6'4) and benjamin(6'6) would be huge for our offense especially since the run game has really looked to be turning around wit the emergence of Khiry and with Mark running like a mad man lately. Just a thought. Other wrs pf course would be Mike Evans, or Marquise Lee. Other needs, some bigger than others are of course OT, OC. I would say taylor lewan or any of the other OL but we've had so much Success in mid rounds with those guys. Defense: Our defense has really been delightful to watch this year and am excited for what they can continue to do with our "mostly" young core players(cam, akiem, Kenny, keenan, john, glenn & junior). I think some major players with our 1st rounder could and should be: CB Justin Gilbert, OK State CB Darqueeze Dennard, Mich State CB Bradley Roby, Ohio State LB Ryan Shazier, Ohio State CB Jason Verrett, TCU CB Bradley Roby, Ohio State S Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Alabama and of course i would love to have Clowney, Anthony Barr, Khalil Mack, or CJ Mosley but i just dont think theres any way they fall that far. Any thoughts? |

Re: Draft possibilities
i agree 100% , if we cant get Kelvin in the 1st round, i say we go for 1 of the LSU products in the 2nd and take Justin Gilbert in the 1st if he is still there

Re: Draft possibilities
I'm probably the last person you want to get draft input from but you might want to check out this thread.
http://blackandgold.com/saints/62855...nfl-draft.html It's pretty long but there's lots of good info in it. We've got a few guys on here that really study the draft and the potential picks. |
