I do think we should go corner in this draft. It's not a desperate need, but we're penciling in P-Rob as a #2 or #3 corner and he's coming off an ACL injury. Verrett could have the same kind of impact on our secondary that Tyrann Mathieu had for the Cardinals last year.
Agreed, too many players come out of college having succeeded purely on natural ability. When everyone runs a 4.3 and is same ht/wt you have to be smart about it.

Defense is reactionary and instinct also plays into it a great deal. Sharper had instincts, but as we have read in the papers, not much frikken sense.
