It was a re-cap of his \"less than stellar moves\" I think Stallworth Grant and Bentley were Loomis era. But I could be wrong. Loomis took over in 2002. 2002 and 2003 draft are his. 2000 and 2001 are Meuller. [/quote:b8925e8329] Sorry But you are WRONG... Here is the draft order for the NFL Draft, which will begin April 20, 2002. Please note that picks No. 21 through No. 32 will change based on playoff results. http://espn.go.com/nfl/news/2002/0109/1308449.html NEW ORLEANS (May 9, 2002) -- The New Orleans Saints dismissed general manager Randy Mueller, who was the 2000 NFL Executive of the Year for helping the franchise get its first playoff victory. http://www.nfl.com/ce/multi/0,3783,5318544,00.html Randy was fired after drafting 2002 considering the date he was fired. I clearly remember cuz I was wondering why Benson didn\'t just waited after he signed the two 1st rd picks, I guess I know why now with a GREAT bean counter like Loomis. |

I believe the biggest loss from our coaching staff was a guy by the name of John Bunting, (LB\'s coach and Asst. Def. Coordinator) that left towards the end of the 2000 season to take the North Carolina job our D really started going down hill. And by the way he came back and was on our sideline for the 1st round playoff win against the Rams.

I totally agree with the Zook comment. Living in Fl. I have to deal with alot of obnoxious Gator fans, unlike us Canes fans. They were so enamored with Steve Superior that Zook never stood a chance. Maybe Zook will come back and Venturi can go to see the Wizard to get a brain.
