The Bears need defense in all areas just losing Peppers, and Charles Tilman... but what most hurt is the loss of there signal caller on D... They will try and find this generations Urlacher when they draft:

You are probably correct but I stole the pick. And if I were the GM I would look for a S in free agency and pick Ebron. He may be a better TE than Jimmy when it's all said and done. Well, maybe not. But he'll be a good one. And that offense needs size and weapons at the position.

What don't the Cowboys need? S, DT, DE, LB, WR, RB and some would even say QB. Oh, and OLine help. But as acting GM I'm scared to death to go into a stadium, like the Superdome for instance, without a deadly pass rush. In Kiffin's defense "tweaner" type LB/DE players excel. That is why Dee Ford stands out. He will instantly help Cowboys fans forget about DeMarcus Ware as soon as they get sober again.
