Any chance we re-sign any of these guys at a lesser price?
Or do you think it would have already been worked out? I know these guys will garner interest from other teams. Also do you think us letting go of all of these guys at once is a sign we may try to make a significant splash in FA?

Re: Any chance we re-sign any of these guys at a lesser price?
Doubtful. Changes needed to be made anyway. the offense was getting stale and predictable. I think we are building toward an offense that will go grind it out with a power run game and use that to set up big plays on play action. That's the way it went late last year anyway and IMO it much better compliments the defense we have now.
Losing Deuce McAllister did not hurt this offense, losing Reggie Bush did not hurt this offense. Losing Sproles will not hurt it either, it's all about finding someone else to fill that role. |

I sure hope we don't resign any of the skillplayers let go so far. There are better, younger options out there.

Loomis could have restructured and saved a lot more "if" Sproles would have agreed. These are not all about cap savings, a lot of them are about changing direction. |

No, because they would have stayed at a lower price on the front end. Someone will gives Sproles $3m +
Lance is in trouble bc of so many other receivers available |

I don't think they'll be back because I think they'll all find a team somewhere else that wants and needs their services.
Greer may be the only one to not land a team due to the severity of his injury, but the rest will be playing elsewhere next season. |

Maybe Moore as a late season pickup if there are injuries to overcome.
