Saints Agree To Terms With Erik Lorig
Another FB in backfield to love. The New Orleans Saints have signed former Tampa Bay Buccaneers fullback Erik Lorig to a four-year deal. He visited the Saints on Saturday. Lorig, 27 had been with the Buccaneers for four seasons. Lorig is a 6-foot-4, 250-pounder from Stanford. He caught 11 passes for 47 yards last season. For his career, Lorig has 30 catches for 193 yards and one touchdown. The Saints didn't re-sign fullback Jed Collins, who wasn't tendered as a restricted free agent.
