I know this is against board policy, since I have no direct source, but I glanced at the bottom ticker across the TV screen on the WAFB news, and thought I might have saw something saying "Saints officially back off stadium demands".

Did anyone else see this broadcast?? Was there a news conference??

AND what does this actually mean that a offer that they cannot refuse was put into affect.
