Of course its only about 3 or 4 people posting, but oh well. That should keep you busy for about a week. Also, review old game recordings. You can learn a lot. For instance... 1- Even though Roman Harper played great in coverage 90% of the time, the 2 or 3 games he made a bad play in apparently translates to "being abused constantly" 2- Getting hit by 3 defenders 2 yards behind the line of scrimmage facing 8 man fronts time and time again is apparently the RB's fault. 3- Grubbs getting knocked on his ass 3 times all season apparently means he gets run over all of the time. 4-Strief grading out as our best O-lineman for the entire season apparently means he's garbage. 5-Even though Ingram looked great and averaged over 4 YPC, its really just 2 YPC. 6-Even though we set NFL records year after year without Graham, its apparent that he's the reason for all of our offensive prowess. 7-Even though we have a top 3 QB and likely hall of famer throwing the ball and setting passing records left and right, apparently we must return to a power run game. 8-Even though most experts would agree we have a top 5 NFL team in terms of talent, apparently we have "glaring holes" at several positions. 9-Apparently if a position is not manned by a pro-bowl player, you have a glaring weakness (Roman Harper was the exception). 10-If you re-read the threads from last year, and a few before that, pertaining to Drews successor, this is probably Drews last year before he becomes a liability and must be replaced. |

Re: Aaaaggghhh!
I think I will just continue to stare at a thread (or two) about a WR that we would't get in a million years. Or ten millions dollars.

It isn't, but it is another example of what people could do when bored. Figure out what is missing on Dannos list of options to read about. ![]() Hell brother, I'm going to start a poll asking if people think your list is 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50 percent complete ![]() |

"1- Even though Roman Harper played great in coverage 90% of the time, the 2 or 3 games he made a bad play in apparently translates to "being abused constantly" I would say you represent at least 90% of the people who believe that. Every NFL scout disagrees, on top of the vast majority of fans. |

Most fans don't know the difference between a Strong Safety and a Free Safety. |

What makes you believe the Saints agree with you? Did they ever say he was great in coverage? Did they not just release him? They kept him around this long because for years they invested nothing into the defense and didn't view his position as a priority. He was used as an extra linebacker for all intents and purposes, and everyone knows that. If he were "great" in coverage 90% of the time, they would not have drafted a safety in the first round last year, and spent 58 million or whatever it was on a another this year. They could have just kept the crap they already had. But evidently, the Saints identified a problem and have finally decided to do something about it. |
If I had a nickel for every time I heard that, the NFL would fine and suspend me.
