Division news gets better for the Saints.
I doubt Tampa or Carolina is still in the playoff hunt. We gotta pick off Atlanta, New York, Seatle, Minnisota, Green Bay, or St. Louis. Oh pleeeze let it be St. Louis! Remember how great that rivaly was?

Well, Let\'s just look at the Playof scenario shall we?
East: Philly (8-1) South: Atlanta (7-2) North: GB (5-4) West: St Louis (5-4) Wild Card Race: Seattle 5-4, and they beat us (2 games up) Minnesota 5-4, and they beat us (2 games up) NYG 5-4, 1 game up Arizona 4-5, and they beat us (1 game up) Saints, tied with Chicago and Detroit. In other words, if the Saints go 6-1 to finish 10-6 (which we all know ain\'t happenin\'), then Seattle, Minnesota, and the Giants can\'t go better than 4-3, Arizona, Chicago, and Detroit can\'t go better than 5-2. Not likely. |

But WhoDat, don\'t think we won\'t be hearing the Haslett spin now, \"But we finished 2nd in the division, if a few calls had gone the other way, we\'d be in the playoffs.\"
I\'m getting the sinking feeling that we\'ll be seeing Haslett and friends next year. |
