The 6-foot, 192-pound Lee caught 118 passes for 1,721 yards and 14 touchdowns as a sophomore in 2012 and won the Biletnikoff Award for best receiver in the nation. His quarterback was Matt Barkley.

20s for sure. He had a year of Kiffen, no decent QB and injuries. The injuries concern but if that checks out he won't fall past pick 29.

Its not only at SC lol. LSU, Notre Dame, Michigan, Alabama, Ohio St etc have had their share of bad apples (bust) as well.
