Ever watched Chopped on Food Network? I love the defensive "well that is the way I like it" responses to someone being told their flank steak is over cooked. Its all judging and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some people like a thick dark almost gravy-like gumbo, some like a thinner lighter soup-like gumbo. If you get one of each on a judging panel, who knows what will win. BTW... Tin Cup, 3000 Miles to Graceland, both excellent movies, both somewhat cheesy but that doesn't mane cheesy a bad thing. ![]() |
