The Roughing the QB penalty on Hicks
Ok I agree that his suplex throw of Luck was a penalty. But if the refs are REALLY interested in protecting the QB, they should have called "in the grasp" when Jordan had him wrapped up. That would have immediately stopped the play. I guess even the refs are still in preseason form

I always thought they whistled the play dead when the ball carriers forward motion was stopped.

Refs are in preseason too but if they continue to be so not picky networks are going to be pissed when games are going into 4 hours.

Hicks was in beast mode last night. I think they slowed him down with those penalties. Loved his hustle. The O-line of other teams better beware, our D-line is the real thing.
