Re: Another look at Dixon
I posted in the preseason that these twin brothers are playing for the Ryan twins.
More ironic is the UDFA making it and the 6th rounder is on the practice squad. Of the Jets. |

god given talent and skills are all there. i said it before the draft.
Question is did God stop there? after the first two preseason games i was really questioning his football IQ at the pro level. still do I can sit back and watch and see how this goes for a season |

Re: Another look at Dixon
same ol stuff you get from most small school players. IQ can be improved upon with practice and coaching. the question turns into were is the ceiling?
I am in not among the group that is wowed by his showing in preseason. he did fair against second and third team WR. Once interception does not make up for all his play. I do understand the reasons for keeping him it will be interesting to watch. I view Dixon as a long term project SJB. Question will be which ones has the steeper learning curve. With the second spent on SJB he better develop faster |

let pray we stay healthy at CB
Ask yourself how would you react if in the middle of a game one or both SJB and Dixon were forced to play? me my anxiety level would shoot through the roof. |

Re: Another look at Dixon
IQ isn't learned, its born with. Knowledge is learned.
Football IQ and football knowledge vary somewhat. |
