Yeah, don't take it out on the dogs...

All mine have been great today...

If we won that game I would still be screaming about the defense.
Poor run defense and repeated wide open receivers on identical crossing patters was nauseating.

Drew and the offense had some rust, but man our defense looked poor.
I do believe we have the talent to fix the situation.
Probably good we lost to humble the team. I felt everyone was sounding too cocky!!!

This is the one hope I have after today's embarrassment. Hopefully this lit a fire under the team.

Interestingly, Frank Beamer FINALLY stopped running the ball up the middle on every single play last night and my Hokies wound up upsetting Ohio State. When will SP learn the opposite lesson: it's okay to run every once in a while. You don't have to outsmart the opposition on every freaking play. Sometimes just buckle the chin strap and pound the rock.

(As a disclaimer, I did not see the game today as it was not on TV in WI, so I am basing my critique only on what others have said here in the forum)

Picked the Saints defense for my $$$ League and thought Week 1 was gonna be a blowout...

And I'm not alone, Jim Henderson was calling for a ten pt win...

You said it though, even if we'd won, I'd still be calling this team out for letting off the gas and all the mistakes across the board...

But we're 0-1 and Payton will look in the mirror tonight...

Only thing that sucks is we gave Seattle a game up today...

Well our offense is back on track ON THE ROAD , Ingram looks like the heisman back we drafted , cooks looks like a stud , and when stills returns we will only get better ...

On defense it can't get much worse ... Good news , we won't be covering Julio Jones , Devin Hester and Roddy White every week.

Our defense will get better and we have a cake schedule ...

I think pat Robinson sucks regardless of what he does

I said when we drafted him it was a reach for a guy that everyone had slated to go middle to late 2nd round and we made a first round pick

Many people focus on the reach.... Thats a sunk cost and our mistake.

I am not seeing a middle 2nd round pick on the field. That is a leagues worth of 'experts'.

I hate to tell everyone but Tampa might have better WRs than Atlanta and their run game is outstanding. Does anyone think PRob can cover Vincent Jackson or Mike Evans?

Not even close to the same.

ATL may have the best top 3/4 WRs in the league. We won't face another WR corps this good all year.

The next best passing attack is against the packers. Hopefully we can get our **** together by then.
