No, saying you're giving up after 4 games and only 1 game out of 1st place or you're gonna cut grass instead of watch this team means you're not as much of a fan as the loyal fans that would watch this team every week even if they were 0-16.

Criticism is understandable, abandoning them is not what real fans do. Especially being that we're only 1 game behind some really weak teams in our division and we've played exactly 1 home game.

I'm still 100% convinced that we win this division, crappy defense and all.

Agree in every way. Our division is horrible. This Saint team can still pull it together, but they have to start with the defense no doubt. Man that defensive performance was hard to watch.

Well I kept laughing at everyone who claims we have all this talent... I didn't see it.

Offense we have talent and key role players but take them out of the system most of them are no bodies.

Defense - there are no bodies. We keep patching wholes with no bodies and they over achieved so far and not they are exactly what they are - no bodies.

I'm glad your convinced because I'm not confident we'll win more than 5 or 6 games this season

I would never abandon the team, but I'm not prepared to book days off work and stay up until 5am to watch our players give that pathetic performance

If we lost a hard fought game then fair enough, but our players did not even try yesterday

Diz, I hear you. I just don't see any passion right now. The body language is bad and no one seems pi$#ed off on the sidelines.

Remember when Roll Tide (Ingram) had the so called "outburst" when he wasn't on the same page with an OLineman a few weeks back & some made big deal out of it? We need guys to start jaw jacking, HUSTLING, communicating and acting like they care. The passion & desire to be great on every play is missing thus far. Those fools on the Dallas bench were laughing at us in the 3rd quarter.

We can right the ship, however the sense of urgency has to start immediately.

Our D was being hyped as being this new innovated revamped Seattle type D with the Safeties and all but WHERE THE HECK IS IT???

They really need to deploy that scheme to help out the DB's.

I don't think this team is done because of the record. I think this team is done because of how they play. I don't need to drone on and on because we all have seen it, but it comes down to two very simple things.

1) The team (particularly the defense) plays with no energy and no passion as soon as they start getting beat they roll over like a scared puppy. This is a direct reflection of poor leadership from not only the coaches but the players as well.

2) The offense is far too predictable. After watching Payton's offense for 8 years I can predict 80% of the plays he will run. If I can do that you know a defensive coordinator can do the same. We played our best offense when Payton wasn't calling the plays. Did anyone else notice when we went no-huddle and Brees started calling the plays our offense started rolling?
