No one is suggesting that they are equally bad.
I think the point is that we have over 70% of the salary cap devoted to the offense, so the defense being worse is expected. Armed with that fact, that the offense sputters is inexcusable. This is a top down problem, but for the most part, cannot be remediated this season. We are who we are. And based on performance, not potential, we are a 2nd tier team that misses the playoffs badly. |
