How about not pushing your luck? lol The Panthers game is in Jan. so this year a Jan. collapse is worse than a Dec. one since so much is on the line. They still have to win and get some help. Let\'s keep our bravado at proving outsiders wrong in check until this team crosses that threshhold.

The only way that Minnesota is out is if we lose, so let\'s not even talk about that. Minnesota, Seattle, and the Saints will all be treating their respective games as playoff games. Seattle wants to host a game. Why travel if you don\'t have to? Also their game against the Falcons is at home. So they definitely don\'t want to have to travel that next week. And the Falcons still have nothing to play for. It\'s just a tune up for them. Advantage Seattle. The Jets have everything on the line. They lose and they can still be out of the playoffs. And I think we can all agree that the upper middle of the AFC is much better than the upper middle of the NFC at the current time. Advantage Jets. The Saints need to take care of their own business. That\'s the only thing that\'s important to them right now. If they lose, they are out. So take care of Carolina. That gives us a great shot of getting into the playoffs, and most importantly will finally shut up those ESPN and NFL Network pundits who won\'t even acknowledge the possibility of the Saints making the playoffs. Even in the unfortunately circumstance that we don\'t make it (Seattle and Minnesota both losing and the Rams beating the Jets) we\'ll at least have the satisfaction of ending the season on a 4 game winning streak and putting the Cats out of the playoffs after their HISTORIC!? near comeback from 1-7. Super Bowl Championships: New Orleans Saints:1, Carolina:0, Atlanta Chokers: STILL ZERO
Only Atlanta choked in an unchokable situation... Life is definitely good. |

I agree SFIAH, but we have to win that game to shet them up. No need to chest bump after beating two mediocre-bad teams and one team without it\'s three main stars. When we beat Carolina, that is the time to chest bump. The fans are like the team, a few mediocre wins and we think we are world beaters. Gotta cross the line before we can rub it out.
