With three consecutive wins, the Saints boast the second-longest winning streak in the NFC. Only the Eagles, who have won seven consecutive games, are hotter.

The winner has an excellent shot at the NFC's sixth and final playoff spot, but it isn't guaranteed. If the Saints win, they still need one of two scenarios to happen: St. Louis needs to lose one of its final two games (against the Eagles or Jets); or the Seahawks and Vikings both must win or tie this weekend.

Two other certainties exist, regardless of other scenarios: The Saints are eliminated if they lose; and they can only secure the No. 6 playoff seed.
