Whoever floats to the top makes the dance, all the rest are home to watch the playoffs. All NFC South teams currently have less than a 1% chance of a wildcard.
NFC Playoff Picture Saints are 60% to win the division, Carolina 28%, Atlanta 11% and Tampa less than 1%. Last edited by Halo; 11-11-2014 at 12:10 PM.. |

Re: Title or bust for NFC Septic teams
So were the PEDhawks when they won their division with a 7-9 record.
If the Saints return the favor to Seattle, the rules committee will be burning the midnight oil to make sure it doesn't happen again. Remember the 2009 NFCC game? It didn't take long for the OT rule to be changed, and Saints fans know the ONLY reason it was changed is because Favre didn't go to the Super Bowl. I, as well as every member know on this forum know that if the Saints had lost the '09 NFCC game the OT rule would not have been changed. To this day I still remember a sports analyst, I want to say it was Dick King say, "It was a shame that Favre and the Vikings didn't get a chance in OT." |

Re: Title or bust for NFC Septic teams
I agree Tampa is the sludge but we don't have a lot to boast about either.
By our Divisional dumb luck somehow we are still floating. |

'The dance' is one of the more nauseating metaphors I know.
