Should the cards hang on and take the 1 seed

We have a chance to reverse our west coast road fortunes. I do not think Drew Stanton is taking the cards to the sb and they do not deserve to be there with him. Therefore, I think either us or Green Bay will win there. That said, with how GB has been playing at home do we even have a prayer to be in a close game with them in January in Lambeau?

Arizona beats Detroit this week then they should be able to beat KC or StL, Seattle at home, and last game at SF all they would have to do is win to take a bye. Green Bay I see only losing one more game but they could actually beat NE in three weeks, the team I think they would lose to.

As a 4 seed we may be in great shape, hosting the lions in the wild card round or Cowboys. Then going to Arizona in the divisional. If we win both those games we go to Green Bay or maybe Philadelphia in the NFCCG. If we go to GB it will be harder to pull off unless SF ends up taking the 6 seed over Dallas.

That said if Philadelphia loses to Seattle and Dallas loses at Chicago and we win in Chicago we stand a strong chance at 10-6 and taking the 3 seed because of Philadelphia's likely 4-0 IC record. Though that would suck because we could draw SF in the wild card round.

Our best bet is to take the 4 seed and hope Arizona is the 1 seed or SF is the 6 seed because SF will beat Philadelphia. Then we can still go to Arizona, if this west coast first game home winning trend is to ever end, then it has to be with the team with a backup qb and having the sb home curse.

Atlanta are only one game behind us, the way we are playing there's a chance we don't even make the playoffs in the worst division.

Yeah seriously

Everyone is saying its possible we make a winning streak, its also possible the falcons could

No one saw the giants making a run in 2011, anything can happen

Plus with the way we've been playing, how can we be confident we won't continue to throw games?

The Giants have as much in common with the failclowns as a crocodile does to a chameleon.

The Saints WILL win the division and finish no worse than 10-6

Whilst I wouldn't complain about that at all, I just don't see us only losing one more game, if the falcons get on a winning streak we are in serious trouble.

Yup...

Prediction for the NFCS time:

NO 10-6
ATL 6-10
CAR 5-9-1
TB 3-13

With the remaining games for ATL there is no way they catch us. Despite how critical I am of the team I know they can easily go 6-1 to finish the season, hell 11-5 is possible if they really pull it together.

They could win the next three but I think they lose in GB and its up to us to beat them in the dome. If we lose that, that will be an embarrassment. However, we are likely going to have more common wins. We could lose at Pittsburgh and Chicago and still be 9-7 if we beat Atlanta week 16. I think TB is not beating us last game with nothing to play for but pride. Atlanta loses at GB and at us they are 8-8.

I mean I guess people think we're gonna lose the next two. Has anyone noticed the bengals are not as good as their record lately? They played awful against Jacksonville and Cleveland. Allowed Carolina to tie and got steamrolled in Foxbourough and Indy. What is Cincinatti gonna do to us? Dalton is not clutch like CK and Lewis is nothing like Harbaugh. The ravens is a worry and so is Pittsburgh. But I actually think Chicago is on the verge of quitting and we may get a easy win week 15. Say we lose one of the next two weeks and at Pittsburgh, as long as we beat Carolina and Atlanta at home we are fine as well as winning in TB the last game to take the division.

But I am worried about Atlanta as well. But I don't think they can win out. And I believe we can go 9-7 or 10-6 beating Chicago and TB on the road and winning at home against Carolina, Atlanta, and Cincinatti at home. Yeah, Baltimore will be tough though. However that game is on MNF we're gonna lay a egg in primetime at home? Idk.

I hear your points about the Bengals, but all week leading up to the 9ers game all we heard was how Kaep misses wide open receivers and forces passes

He did neither vs us, he made some mistakes due to a crappy O line, but he didn't force passes or miss wide open receivers, his receivers dropped a ton of passes

The Bengals may have struggled, but I'd put money on them being on point against us - because every team that has had struggles gets it together against us.

I think they have a really good chance of going winless in that entire string of games... They might split with carolina though. Other than that...yeah I say they win at best two of those games...
