Re: The FS Conundrum
FS? SS? Can't one guy play both? I already know the answer to that.

Re: The FS Conundrum
Anyone hearing anything about safeties we may have had in for workouts today? All I've seen is that we tried out a few LB's in the wake of Denver signing Todd Davis.

Re: The FS Conundrum
White to FS is not too bad. PRob would have to step up in that #2 CB spot, and I've like his play so far this year. We will need Dixon for nickle or SJB for nickle and dime.
SJB...I am extremely frustrated with his lack of development so don't get me started on this dude. 'Bout ready to tear this guy a new one, but I'll save that temper tantrum for another day. KVac, Stanford, and Ball as SS. Really would like to see Ball on the field the least amount of snaps as possible. If Ball does happen to be out there more, I can't honestly have a lot of hope for even average coverage with this guy running around doing stupid crap. And maybe, just maybe, all these secondary issues will motivate a more consistent pass rush. Hah...did I just type that? |

Re: The FS Conundrum
It is becoming apparent that SJB is lacking the mental aptitude to play the position at this level, otherwise we would have seen a lot more of him by now.

Is Dixon that good, or is SJB that bad? Maybe Dixon is a "D plus" with SJB chiming in at a healthy "F minus"... |
