I dont think you can keep changing the DC every year of so,the issues are deeper than that but this is awful We seriously need more depth on defense to rotate and need a dominant NT and ILB to stop the gashing runs.

No need to worry about depth if your starters aren't up to par

Lofton doing his job Hawthorne is screwing up. They need to play more angry, I don't like to say it but they need play with the intensity of Steve smith, I thought vaccaro would bring that intensity but he been missing tackles

Lofton is as much to blame.
He misses plenty of tackles and is supposed to be the man that runs the defense on the field.
