I never really bought in to that whole "locker room leader" non-sense until now. Apparently its a lot more important than I realized.

Oh, yeah. It's very real. Trust me on that one. Group Dynamics 101. Team sports, Corporations, etc. (reedit...didn't mean to sound condescending with that, by the way. If I could add the ol' back porch country twang with chewing tobacco spit into the sentence, that's what it'd sound like.)

Carmichael needs to take the offense and offensive play-calling duties so Payton can address the Head Coaching duties full-time so he can crush this whole team right now.
