What to do next week versus Tampa?

“They haven’t explained anything to me,” said Jean-Baptiste, who has been inactive for 11 of 15 games with apparently little hope of playing in Sunday’s finale at Tampa Bay. “It’s killing me not being able to help my team when we’ve been struggling.

“But to tell you the truth, I can’t figure out what’s going on.”

“Those guys have come in here and earned their playing time,” Jean-Baptiste said of Dixon and Frederick. “But it’s frustrating when you’re on the look team and don’t feel like you’re getting the chance to get better with your technique.”

“But I really don’t know what the plans are for me. I’m feeling lost right now.”

That's pretty troubling to read. You'd think the coaches would be a little more communicative and not leave the kid in limbo. Say what you want about the Raiders and Browns but they at least waited til the 4th round to draft the other two 6' 3" developmental CB's (Keith McGill and Pierre Desir.)

That report does not sound good at all.
The more you look into that draft class the worse it gets.

Cooks - Great,gave up another needed pick though

Baptise
Fortt- Not with team
Sunseri - Too early to tell
Powell - Who knows,not had any impact so far and has a long injury list
Rooks - Why did we bother,he was never being drafted

So one hit in a incredibly deep class

At least we got Saunders(4th rounder) off a practise squad.

Your boss calls you into his office. "Look, there are some promising guys we'd like to hire." "Would you help us out and do a horrible job tomorrow?" "If you do we can justify hiring your replacement."

For most of the players it's a chance to audition for another team.

The inactives should be Brees, Graham, Lewis, Haralson, Armstead, Hicks, Colston, and Ingram. Cut P. Robinson, Fokou, and Sanford. Call up Griffin, Coleman and Orson. Let Griffin start. If the new guys can't beat the Bucs, it's time for some new, new guys.
