Facepalm. As a New Orleanian, that is one sad, sad attempt at cooking. jnormand has a much better approach. Make a crepe at least. I can't throw a football for s*$t, but I can tell from that picture that I can out cook Drew any day of the week

Mr. Brees has not represented the Who Dat nation well with this flapjack and needs to take cooking lessons, break down the tape of other chefs, and make adjustments.

I had lessons from one Kevin Belton on one trip to New Orleans (In 1990s).

Worth every cent. For over a decade I had home-cooked jambalaya most Fridays. Last Saturday I had shrimp etouffee.
