"Brees spoke to Sports Illustrated after the game about the "frustrating" 2014 season, where the Saints finished 7-9 and missed the playoffs. "It was my most frustrating season," the 36-year-old quarterback said. "You never want to go 7-9. It's no fun." Brees added that after meeting with coach Sean Payton and general manager Mickey Loomis he feels much more confident that next season will have a different outcome, with "a lot of work" of course."
