So why is this other kid out of the picture?!?

Why is Dawn Benson Jones (daughter of Tom Benson's only son, deceased) not a member of the succession trust?

Seems like Benson will fail in his attempts to change the direction of what he set forth in the trust; plus, there's the fact that the NFL has pre-approved a succession plan - are a few owners gonna want to sit through another meeting detailing who gets the Saints when Benson finally expires?!?

No, this is yet another "public sighting" in the last two days after you claimed he hadn't even been seen. And he seems as normal to me as any other average 87 year-old. There is a vast difference between being old and being incompetent.

According to Roger Goodell, he talked to Tom Benson just a "couple of days ago" and he "seemed fine to him", "was in complete control, energetic" and "asked about league issues."
