Do you have evidence, experience of Rita's long history of being undependable other than what may have been stated by Benson's lawyers?

You appear to be severely misinformed. NOLA.com and Larry Holder have no affiliation with Tom Benson. Holder works for NOLA.com and it is owned by Advanced Publications which is owned by the Samuel Newhouse family as it has been for over 50 years.

The information came from postings by Larry Holder himself in the comments section of a story on the Benson counter-suit in response to questions from readers.

As for the family feud happening, if you would take the time to reread my response you will see that I did not refute a feud, I just stated that there has been issues going on for the past few years. It is nothing new. A couple of years ago Rita was banished from the organization for several months. When she was finally let back in from her "time out" it was with FAR less responsibility.

Rita has been on a downward spiral over the past several years in relation to the operations of the Benson holdings. There could have very well been a final straw that broke the camels back very recently, but it has been well known that Miss Rita was working her way out of the job long before now.

As for my mention of Holder's comments, I have not been able to track those down. I read dozens of articles every day and hundreds since this all came out.
