I don't think it's absurd, for the points I mentioned before

Vs Bengals at home we scored 10 points

Vs Carolina at home we scored 10 points

Vs Atlanta at home we scored 14 points

All those games we either had 3+ turnovers or at least 5 punts putting the defense straight back out there.

You cannot win any of those games scoring that amount of points or giving the opposing team the ball back so often.

There are 16 games in a season. Wanna look at some defensive stats for all 16 games?
