this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Maybe but both have been signed to pretty good deals. Id say its easier to get another passrusher late in the draft or next year than find a really good DE for a 3-4 scheme like Williams...

In case you haven't noticed the Titans have the 2nd overall pick. I think they're going to try and patch up any holes they have so they don't have to draft there again. Plus Orakpos like 27 yrs old

The 31st pick is where we should trade back for depth. Maybe for a 2nd round pick between #31 and #44 where we sit and like a 4th round pick.

Re: In regards to drafting a OLB/ Pass Rusher
I would rather draft an ILB'er. OLB'er is not one of my top priorities. DT, G and CB are a must have more so than Any OLB'er.jmho

Re: In regards to drafting a OLB/ Pass Rusher
There are a few players I wouldn't mind trading up for.
Vic Beasley Leonard Williams Dante Fowler But I'd prefer to sit and take BPA, which will almost certainly be at a position of need. |
