this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Hate bringing govt into things, but it's time to threaten the anti-trust status of the NFL... Reign in jerks with more coin for their own good... Not a big fan of the current 'regime', but I like the idea of ...

Reign in jerks with more coin for their own good... Not a big fan of the current 'regime', but I like the idea of federal legislation restricting clubs from extorting local, state governments with 'incentive packages and perks'... Usually a couple of senators mentioning the anti-trust and changing the game will stop the non-sense; at the least it will get said senators seats at the team soon to be formerly known as the Redskins... |
