Well or sufficient isn't good enough when you have a 20 million dollar QB you need to protect and try and win a SB.

If he played well and was the answer we certainly wouldn't have traded Jimmy in for a CENTER.

I never said he was the answer for center.His primary position is guard and you don't have to have a pro bowler for every position on the o line to have a good o line.

Payton was high on Armstead, and I think everyone agreed he was playing well before getting hurt.

Brees had a hard time getting out of Lelito's way as he retreated and was blown off the line at center last season. He couldn't beat out a crippled old guy that should have retired 3 years ago. If you're counting on Lelito to protect Brees the next pick better be a QB.
