If it's all Bill or not. Bill Belichick is about to lose both his O and D coordinators...one to Notre Dame and the other, likey to Cleveland. I haven't done the research, but did Parcells ever win a thing without Belichick? Is Billy B about to experience something similar?

With 3 Superbowl wins in 4 years potentially, I don\'t think he is too worried about it.

Perhaps he\'s not, but I wonder. Parcells never won a thing without him. Has Bill Belichick won a thing without Crennel and Weis? Heck, they ran him out of Cleveland a few years ago. Then again, the Cowboys somehow managed to win a SB with Switzer...go figure. LOL

Switzer was lucky to come in on the end of Jimmy Johnson\'s teams. I am sure Belichek\'s assistants had MUCH to do with his success, but if you listen to the players, it\'s more about them than the coaching. I wouldn\'t be surprised if they rode the wave a couple more years without Weiss and Crennel because of the un-selfish nature of their players who care more about winning than their paychecks.

Like I said in another post.......

There\'s only 2 kind of coaches in the NFL.

Those that have been fired.

Those who will be fired.

If Tom Landry and Chuck Noll were fired.... How safe can Belichick be?

I\'m sure B.B is concerned about losing his OC and DC but Bill is the main reason the Pats are sucessful, Bill could be the smartest coach in the NFL, I for one think he understands the game like no other coach in the NFL.
Bottom line: Bill will hire the right people in order to continue winning SB\'s.
Having a Tom Brady on your team doesn\'t hurt either

Ditto.

I think if you take Brady off that team, they don\'t do nearly as well.

I think Brady is a special player. The likes like we haven\'t seen since Joe Montana.

I\'d take Brady over Peyton Manning. Stats are nice, but Brady comes up much bigger than Peyton when the game is on the line.

Brady has to be the most underrated player in all of sports. I\'ve seen him play some and he does the little things so well and his arm is very strong and accurate.

If I owned a team Brady would be my first choice , I\'d take him over Manning, McNabb and Brooks, has to be the smartest player in the NFL, doesn\'t have great stats but he does what it takes to win,he pose is the same if it\'s 1st and 10 or 3rd and 15
