His name is Noel Devine, rb from a 5a school in Florida. From what I have read about he, he must have mentioned Notre Dame a few times cause the feeling is he will go there instead of a Florida school. When I looked him up on google, I found at 15(last year) he coul dbench 330 and incline 225. At 15.

kid looks pretty good with soem nice moves. hope he isnt taken the roids but its possible with him lifting that much
