Maybe there is really something wrong with Bensons mental state. Rich people don't get rich by throwing away money. Loomis has thrown away a ton of money in the past two years. I would question how he feels these investments and decisions will pay off

Maybe this is another example of Benson losing touch as he'd never have allowed these busted contracts to happen...

Guess winning a Superbowl buys you some extra cred with the boss...

If Byrd gets healthy it will be fine. If Byrd doesn't and Phillips plays well it will be fine. If Phillips don't I'll be screaming for Warren over any other FS on the team. Warren is a natural.

Byrd is questionable. If he doesn't produce at a pro bowl soon this will be Loomis's worst move ever and will be a salary cap disaster for the Saints limiting their ability to function in free agency.

When he's healthy he needs to stay on the bench so he can get eased back in, we cannot disrupt the chemistry.
