this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; They should not fear the age factor, but here in the real world they have to fear the financial factor. We have 21 million in dead cap money already for 2016. 15% is gone, not coming back (except maybe 1.2 ...

They should not fear the age factor, but here in the real world they have to fear the financial factor. We have 21 million in dead cap money already for 2016. 15% is gone, not coming back (except maybe 1.2 for Gallette).
Brees at $22 million or more plus the dead money would equate to 1/3 of our cap. No way can you put a team, a competitive anyway, on the field like that. |
