Now that Philadelphia has designated Corey Simon its franchise player, the top spot belongs to Williams. He\'s big, he\'s productive and he\'s perfectly suited for clubs playing the 3-4 defense. The only downside: He turns 32 this season. Williams had a solid year with the Bills, with 51 tackles, 2ÃƒÂ‚Ã‚Â½ sacks, an interception and a fumble recovery. He\'s this year\'s Ted Washington, and teams eager to plug the middle of their defenses can\'t help but be interested.
