I truly feel that the Saints are a better team with Watson in at TE than Graham. He not only is extremely intelligent, but is a precise route runner, and a far, far better run blocker and pass protector than Graham will ever be.![]()
Graham was a one trick pony, and while that trick was great, it hobbled the Saints over time because defenses knew where the ball was going when he was on the field and knew a run was likely when he was sent to the sideline. Watson is an every down TE, something that Graham can never become. |
