Are you guys sure you got the right author? It looks to me like Robert Klemko wrote that article: Robert Klemko | The MMQB with Peter King

Re: MMQB - FF called out by Peter King
And all of our other 7th rounders have been stars, too? Wow!
Only a self righteous ***** like peter king would google for a comment about what someone said 10 years ago about a 7th round pick. Did Peter predict Colston to be good? Did he even know we had drafted him before he caught his first pass? I thought (after reading about him to figure out who he was) that he could develop into a good player... as a tight end. I liked his size and hands but figured he wouldn't be athletic enough to play WR in the NFL, so I thought they would put some weight on him and convert him to TE. Nobody knows what will happen with late rounders. |
If I had a nickel for every time I heard that, the NFL would fine and suspend me.

Re: MMQB - FF called out by Peter King
I think the funniest thing about this whole FF quote is that Peter King found B&G.com, searched back almost ten years, and randomly selected a quote from one of thousands of threads. Either Peter reads this board all the time (and has a man crush on FF), or he's one hell of an internet sleuth.
