You do not want anyone other than that to lead your team for the next 10-15 years. That's not what you said though. You attribute those qualities to a religious person. Do I want maturity in the QB position? Sure. But one does not need to be religious to be mentally ready or mature. I'm sure many atheists possess those qualities.
