I guess the Saints have enough RBs; I thought he played well in the pre-season.
The New Orleans Saints have terminated the contracts of running back Tim Hightower and reserve offensive lineman Mike McGlynn and placed rookie outside linebacker Davis Tull on the injured reserve list, according to the NFL transactions report. The Saints also signed defensive back Don Jones, fullback Toben Opurum and receiver Seantavius Jones from the team's practice squad to the active roster.
