7 things to know for this game:

1. The Saints lost the last three times they opened on the road
2. The Saints' last trip to the desert did not go well
3. Fifteen Saints players have never played in an NFL game
4. This will be the Saints' only long trip west this season
5. The Saints have lost their last four home games
6. The Cardinals have three LSU products
7. The game will be on Fox

Stole this from the Times Pic. Guess I should have doubted its accuracy too.

Regardless of who wins, I'm very proud of Delvin Breaux and I get goosebumps thinking about how he's going to feel during the National Anthem. Go get 'em #40!

Today is going to show us if we revamped to be a super bowl contender or are we going to see some of the same ol sh!t from 2014. As I stated before one game don't make your season but for me I feel if we can get this win on the road against a formable opponent will be good not only for the team's mindset but for us as fans as well.

No Lewis
No Spiller
No Ellerbe
No Byrd
Unproven WRs
Three starting rookies on defense

This is the first step toward finding out what this team is really about. This team will change dramatically over the next 4 weeks.

Lose this, we could still win vs Carolina and Tampa and be in a good spot.

true, we might get killed today but still be a better team than last year.

But I think we win an ugly one today

To be honest, Danno, the biggest thing I am looking for is that our offense is back to moving the ball again, with consistency.

Me too, and I don't wanna see the miscommunication that plagued our defense all last year.

Playing a good, tough opponent on the road today.

A win will go a long way for the confidence of the youngsters.

KEYS:

Turnover battle and QB pressure on both QBs

Jimmy Graham looks so uncomfortable with Seattle. He's been a complete non factor.

Welp, first team to look good in preseason to lay an egg first week, Miami...so far anyway

Ramon Humber will be our starting weakside LB instead of Hawthorne today... Interesting.

Yeah, Hawthorne is not great in coverage either, but I thought better than Humber... hope I am wrong and Humber does really well

The weakside LB barely ever has to cover anyway. Humber can tackle that's for sure.
