Sean Payton is a great offensive mind. But I think he came up with some great ideas and hasn't really been innovative since. He just keeps trying to plug new guys into these same schemes. Defenses have caught up with this. Hell Malcolm Jenkins was reading his playbook all day. He knew exactly when we were running a screen, when we were running the ball. We are predictable in formation and personnel.
Sean just keeps trying to do the same things over and over but with lesser personnel and/or diminishing skills from key players. |
