Re: Colston separated his shoulder
WR better not be. If we don't draft O-Line I'm going to threaten the neighbor's dog or something. I'm seriously serious. Not even kidding.

I said top on the list. Don't mean very first pick.

Re: Colston separated his shoulder
I think the criticism of Colston may be getting taken the wrong way. He's not who he used to be. Evans is not who he used to be. We can't keep players because of how much we love them if they can no longer produce. We all love the Beer Man and his story, but I don't think we want him returning any kicks this year. Colston is a great person and has had a long, great career behind an even better story. He's been paid well and can live comfortably from now on. This time comes for all players.

Re: Colston separated his shoulder
I hope so. It would be great. We have to figure out how to generate an effective pass rush with our D line. We need to coach up our nose tackle on how to not get pushed out of nearly every play. Our offensive line needs to heal and gel. We also need a lot of our rookies to follow Colston and Evans' path. Being 1-4 with 4 NFC losses and 2 Division losses with two undefeated teams in our own division will make for an exceptionally difficult path to the playoffs. Spanking Atlanta hard would do wonders, but so far we've only beaten a team without their starting QB and #1 WR.

Re: Colston separated his shoulder
Marques Colston was an integral part of the greatest days this team has ever seen. It is clear we could not have gotten the Lombardi without him. At the same time he was in all ways a humble guy -- he just did his job. There is no praise high enough for someone like him. He is the anti-TO. Many thanks to you Mr. Colston. You will long be remembered by New Orleans.
