The fine sucks.
However, would we be discussing Brain Cancer or Cameron Heyward if Craig wasn't fined?

It is all about awareness.
Breast Cancer, Brain Cancer....

End of discussion.

According to Coley Harvey of ESPN.com, former Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still said he wore eye-black messages reading “Leah Strong” all last season, as his way of recognizing his daughter during her battle with cancer.

“When I did it, I had no idea you weren’t allowed to do it,” Still said. “It was just something I wanted to do for my daughter to take her out on the field with me. I didn’t really get any backlash from the league.”

Is it me, or would ONE WEEK of Breast Awareness be enough?

I make sure I am aware of breasts 52 weeks a year.

What a bunch of douchebags, ie the NFL Front Office. They won't keep him from playing but they're gonna' fine him $11k per week if he wants continue paying tribute to his Dad? This isn't Jim McMahon (CHI) and his stupid head scarfs or some player that wants to wear an outrageous piece of equipment. Come on!

One thing to note is that all fines go to charity and I believe the player has a say to which charity gets the "donation". I am hoping that he keeps this up and every donation goes to his cancer fund of choice.
