this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; They didn't fine him for the tribute to his dad, they fined him because it's against the rules to write anything at all on your eyeblack...

They didn't fine him for the tribute to his dad, they fined him because it's against the rules to write anything at all on your eyeblack
