So then a UPS driver or Mc Donalds clerk should be allowed to write whatever they want on their uniform or themselves while performing their job?

Do Mcdonalds employees drive the company? Are they the reason people go to Mcdonalds? One more question... Are NFL players part of the service industry? I think you know the answer to all three. You would like to think that its a players leuage but that is very far from the truth. You have a few players with staying power but the average career is about 2 years. I'm not calling that a players leauge. People root for the teams more than the players.

Service industry, entertainment industry, doen't matter. I could make the comaprison to the military or police department or any other organization or company that has a uniform regulation. You know what you sign up for, follow the rules or face the consequences.
