Saints sign Travaris Cadet

Saints claim Travaris Cadet off waivers from 49ers | ProFootballTalk
The New Orleans Saints are bringing back running back Travaris Cadet after claiming him off waivers from the San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday.

Cadet was let go by the 49ers on Tuesday to clear a roster spot for DuJuan Harris, who the 49ers signed off the Baltimore Ravens practice squad.

Cadet appeared in four games for San Francisco after being signed last month. He carries seven times for 16 yards and caught seven passes for 66 yards. Cadet also appeared in one game for the New England Patriots earlier this season.

Kinda surprised we signed Kendall Hunter before we brought Cadet back. I mean Cadet knows the play book and all. Anyways, do your thing Travaris.

Sad part is he'll be better than Spiller...

Spiller and Browner might be the worst FA signings in Saints history. Spiller was over-hyped; Browner was actually detrimental to the team and possibly lost us multiple games from his actions alone.

Combine those issues with the salary cap issues and constant mis-management of contracts and you have yourself one of the worst GMs in the league. This organization is so dysfunctional it's hard to know where start when re-building, but if I am the owner-- canning Payton and Loomis would be first on the list, cleaning house of the entire coaching staff is in-order.
