Re: 2016 NFL Draft Prospect Thread ...............
The New Orleans Saints, according to The Advocate, will be holding a workout for Boise State offensive lineman Rees Odhiambo, one of many incoming rookies to visit with the team prior to the NFL Draft.
With a guard arguably being the New Orleans Saints‘ biggest need after failing to address the position in free agency (still not over), Rees Odhiambo is set to work out with the team. Health is a major a concern, which is why the Kenyan-born Odhiambo will likely fall to the mid-late rounds. He broke his ankle in 2015, playing in only eight games, and he was never able to play a full season at Boise State. However, when able-bodied and fully functional, he possesses starter qualities, highlighted by great size (6-foot-4, 314 LBS), good play strength, excellent balance, and solid footwork. Having played tackle in college, Odhiambo will bring a two-position advantage to the NFL, very likely landing a guard job at the next level — he’s a little undersized for an NFL tackle.
