Assuming Kenny Vaccaro is the priority on defense to get a contract extension, this is what we'll have going into next season...
(And No, I'm not writing this season off, just looking at what we have going into next year)... Can see us very busy in free agency and in the draft on the defensive side of the ball... I'm not ready to give up on John Jenkins yet, especially not if he plays with the hustle he did sunday. I see us needing to draft a DE, LB, OG. Still hoping Landon Turner will turn out good for us and maybe replace Evans next year. We still might need to draft another RT.
I want us to get another QB too. |

If you have the game recorded, please circle back & watch John Jenkins on that long run & subsequent score by the Oakland RB. He was single blocked by a center & picked the wrong gap which led to that breakaway TD  .This is a man the Saints picked in the 3rd round to be a NT (6'3 350+) to tie up two blockers got single blocked 4 yards off the ball. I'd be very surprised if he is on this team in 2017. He is soft. |
